The Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) Department provides prenatal counselling, routine antenatal care, detail scan for fetal anomalies, prenatal genetic screening tests, delivery services, postnatal care and contraception.
The team also tackles any risk or complication that arises during pregnancy or childbirth.
Other services provided would include addressing first trimester complications and surgical/ medical management of miscarriages.
Gynaecology:
Diagnosing, treating and preventing diseases related to female sexual health that encompass the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, vagina and vulva.
Pap smear screening and HPV vaccination is available with the aim of preventing cervical cancers.
Treatment of female sexual problems varies depending on its disease, the cause and presentation. This could entail either medical management or surgical procedures.
