Terms and Conditions

1. This package is valid for babies who will be delivered in Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV), Cheras, KL.
2. This package is valid for a limited time from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025 and for self-paying patients only.
3. This package is valid for Normal and Caesarean Deliveries, inclusive of out-of-office hours’ deliveries (Horoscope Baby) and non-elective deliveries.
4. The 25% off hospital charges are not applicable for twins, triplets or multiple pregnancies, and will be billed accordingly. Mothers however, are still entitled to all other benefits and be in the running to win monthly lucky draw prizes.
5. This package is not applicable for complex deliveries.
6. This package does not cover complications on mother or baby that may arise during and after delivery.
7. Extended stays of more than 2 nights will be billed accordingly.
8. This package excludes consultants’ fees, laboratory outsourced services, consignment items, and on-call charges.
9. Complimentary first session home visit (postnatal care) - Mothers will be contacted by the team from Sunway Home Healthcare.
10. Discount on postnatal physiotherapy programme – 20% off on the first session of postnatal physiotherapy programme.
11. Discount and rebate for 28-day postnatal care package at Sunway Sanctuary – 15% off on selected 28-day postnatal care packages with RM1000 instant rebate. Return transportation from Sunway Sanctuary to SMCV and back for specialist follow-up appointments is included.
12. Discount on first phototherapy after discharge – 10% off phototherapy treatment is only valid for the first treatment after discharge from childbirth.
13. Discount on immunisations – 10% off immunisation is applicable for all types of vaccines.
14. Discount on child development assessment – 10% off child development assessment is only applicable to the first session and for children aged 6 months and above.
15. Children born in SMCV will be automatically registered for SMCV’s Kid’s Club to enjoy exclusive discounts and receive invitations to exclusive events.
16. The limited edition Mommy Bag and exclusive gifts will be provided upon discharge.
17. Three (3) lucky draw winners will be randomly selected each month and will be contacted by SMCV.
18. SMCV reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions should any circumstances and regulations change.
