  1. Privileges and offers are non-transferable, non-assignable, and exclusively for the personal use of AIA customers.
  2. Privileges and offers are only applicable to self-pay cases of AIA customers.
  3. Privileges and offers are not applicable to all Guarantee Letter (GL) cases.
  4. Privileges and offers are only valid upon presentation of AIA customers’ identification on registration; no reimbursement or refund on previous or back-dated transactions if failing to do so.
  5. Privileges and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other packages or promotions by subsidiaries of Sunway Healthcare Group.

o IVF laboratory fees (egg collection procedure, fresh embryo transfer, ICSI, usage of time-lapse system)
Exclusions:
o Scans during stimulation process
o Ovarian stimulation medication
o Operation theatre & day-care admission fees
o Anaesthetist and Fertility Specialist consultation and procedure fees
o Investigation/blood screening prior to the treatment
o Thawing fees
o Freezing of sperm or egg
o Testicular biopsy
o Additional supplements & treatment deemed necessary by the Fertility Specialist
o Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing
o Any other item not mentioned in the inclusions above
